Our retail fridge has given up for the weekend, and we have loads of produce available, including cabbage! We are offering an impromptu sauerkraut class this coming Saturday. It will be a special one with red cabbage, green cabbage and carrots with our fermenting specialist, Garth Wunsch. If it is a rainy day and your plans get cancelled come out and join our class! All of our previous classes have sold, out, so this is your chance if you missed out last time!

Growing up on a farm and working as a pharmacy technician sparked my early curiosity about plants and their uses. I spent hours exploring my parents’ fields, drawn to the natural world around me. About five years ago, that curiosity deepened into a focused journey into foraging and herbology—one that continues to grow with each season.
