Launching a series of Mama G cooking classes! This week, it is stuffed pasta! Misha from Verdant Fields Farm is bringing squash, we have local meats, and flour from K2 Milling! We will be offering classes in rice paper rolls, sausage making, yeasted bread

This amazing photograph is NOT ice!! These are crystals of PURE sodium chloride, NaCl, SALT! Look at the perfect square shape of these amazingly beautiful samples! I visited the salt mine in Krakow, Poland, in January, the most mind-blowing experience!
Meanwhile, as winter and ice do drag on, here in Sudbury, we are announcing some great activities, please join us! As well, we are pitching our amazing pharmacy services, and look forward to serving up your prescription for health!

I decided to create a master “schedule at a glance” for the special women’s programming being offered this fall. Kim Boyuk (Kim Price Wellness), Jo Anne Parker, Sari Huhtala, Darlene Raven, Gillian Schultz and Candice White.
