Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath with Cindy Woodbury and Vicki Hartley

Join Cindy Woodbury and Vicki Hartley for a Sound Bath and Cacao Ceremony.

You are warmly invited to an evening of ceremonial cacao and sound meditation, a heart-centered gathering designed to gently bring you back into your body, your breath, and your inner landscape. Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine traditionally used by Indigenous cultures of Central and South America. It is known for its heart-opening, grounding, and mood-enhancing qualities, helping us soften, become more present, and drop out of the busy mind. Cacao doesn’t take you anywhere—it brings you home. It gently opens the doorway to feeling, reflection, and connection, preparing the body and nervous system to receive sound deeply. Following the Cacao, you will be guided into a sound journey with Vicki Hartley, where layers of healing sound and vibration will support relaxation, integration, and inner spaciousness. As the heart opens, sound moves more freely through the body—calming the nervous system, quieting mental chatter, and allowing whatever needs to arise or release to do so naturally. This is a space to rest, to listen, to feel, and simply to be—held in warmth, sound, and community. No prior experience needed. Come as you are.

Vicki offers a sound experience that creates a safe space to slow down, unwind and  tune in.  She uses sound as an entry point....a portal into the absolutely magical space where your body/heart/mind/nervous system finds deep rest.

Where brainwaves slowwwww down….✨

It is from this spaciousness that you may find yourself on a journey where inspiration + imagination run wild and free, expanding you into some daydreams that open your HEART and just light you up inside!

Cindy Woodbury is a Sudbury-based facilitator who guides cacao ceremonies and restorative sound baths designed to calm the nervous system and foster meaningful connection. Blending intention setting, meditation, and vibrational sound healing, she creates a welcoming space for reflection, emotional release, and inner clarity.

Vicki is a Yoga Teacher E-RYT550, Mindfulness Facilitator, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Biofield Tuner.  She is a nature lover, an explorer of consciousness and forever a student of life!

To purchase the class, you must complete the registration and waiver form, and then remember to check out of the cart on the top right hand of the screen. When you are confirmed for the class, you will receive an email from us saying that your order is fulfilled.

Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Class with Adelle

Offering a very special GLUTEN FREE sourdough making class, with Adelle Larmour-Delong. Adelle has been living without wheat and gluten for many years, and she has perfected a recipe for sourdough bread that actually looks, rises and tastes like bread. It can be made with any gluten free flour.

She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with others. Our very first class is limited to 6 participants, since this is the first time it is being offered, and we are offering this at the introductory price of $200+tax.

We care about you and your health and we are doing our best to improve the quality of your life through skill-building and access.
