Action Lab™ is a pharmacist-led lifestyle medicine and behavior change program that helps participants put food as medicine into practice through education, accountability, community support, and measurable health tracking.
Hosted by pharmacists Rachelle Rocha or Laurie Pennell, Action Lab meets every Tuesday from 6:00pm - 7:00pm and is available both in person and online. Participants joining online attend live and interact with the group just as if they were in the room.
Each session includes a focused lesson on a timely health topic, designed to increase your understanding of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and practical strategies for improving your health. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and engage in meaningful discussions that support lasting behavior change.
Action Lab also includes access to health tracking tools and goal-setting resources. Participants may choose to track measures such as weight, blood pressure, waist circumference, sleep, mood, pain, energy, and personal health goals, helping to turn knowledge into measurable progress.
Whether your goal is to improve your nutrition, prevent chronic disease, manage a health condition, or simply live a healthier life, Action Lab provides the knowledge, support, and accountability needed to take meaningful action.
