Come March 26, 2026 to enjoy an evening of fun, food, and learning with Mama G!
The Asian Pork Belly class features pork belly from Rochafarm in Whitefish, outdoor raised on NONGMO feed - the best quality in Ontario!
Mama G is a Red Seal Chef with over 25 years of experience. Known for her talent in working with children, young adults, seniors, and life-challenged individuals. She also stars in Mama G’s Cooking Experience on Eastlink Community TV. We are going to marinate pork belly in traditional Asian flavours, and then we will braise and crisp to perfection. All participants will manipulate their own ingredients, we will share a meal and bring some home to cook!
What to Expect:
Arrive at 6:15 - the class will start at 6:30
Dive into an interactive, immersive cooking session where you’ll learn hands-on techniques.
Savor your creations with fellow participants before wrapping up the evening by 9:00 PM.
