Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Making Class with Adelle Larmour-DeLong October 17th 2026, 1-3pm, $125 In Person

$125.00

Offering a very special GLUTEN FREE sourdough making class, with Adelle Larmour-Delong. Adelle has been living without wheat and gluten for many years, and she has perfected a recipe for sourdough bread that actually looks, rises and tastes like bread. It can be made with any gluten free flour.

We will be making OAT or GF Buckwheat flour bread, featuring flour from our friends at K2 Milling and Poschaven Farm. All additional ingredients will be provided and you will go home with enough ingredients to make about 4 loaves once you get home. We encourage baking at home right away so that you can develop a muscle memory. You will also leave with the equipment you will need to succeed at home, a loaf pan, banneton, lame, bench scraper, starter, and we will feed you lunch! You will mix together your own loaf to bake at home and you will bake one loaf during the class, that Adelle will have prepared ahead of time for you. You will learn how to shape and score your loaf.

We do not have a gluten free facility. If you are truly celiac, please come to the course to learn the skill and then you can purchase the flour you need from your sources and make it at home which will be safe for you. K2 Milling flour is not milled at a gluten free facility. The Poschaven Buckwheat is certified as gluten free - if you sift it you can use that during the class to prepare your own loaf.

We care about you and your health and we are doing our best to improve the quality of your life through skill-building and access. Please click on the button below for the registration. You will need to complete a waiver form. You must prepay for the class online, by checking out of your cart. The class is not refundable if you register and don’t attend.
