No background is necessary to gain deep insights into why you are the way you are, or what Life might be asking of you that you haven't yet acknowledged. There is no one way to study the Gene Keys, and this cannot possibly bring clarity to every aspect of your journey. What we can do is learn to look at our Shadows as guides toward great possibilities.
In order to get the most of this, you will need to know your birthdate, location, and exact or approximated time (morning/evening for example). Please bring a journal and pen to take notes and capture insights. At some point you may feel you want to purchase the Gene Keys book in order to dive deeper into your profile.
