Coming up Before October!

Applefest happened on Saturday and what and AMAZING time!

We doubled the amount of cider we made, and Phil estimates that 1000 lbs of community apples went into the cider!! Wow!

Many thanks to all of our employees and volunteers who made it possible, and of course, to all of you who came with enthusiasm and the love of great food! We are especially grateful to those of you who came with apples! Phil Beauchamp, Kayla and Phil Sr from Beautiful Fields Farm in Naughton (buy your next fruit tree from there!!), Camille Sudbury Shared Harvest, Gail, Leila, Leah, Adam, Maryse and her 3 daughters, Dan and Devin Nadon, our amazing staff - Erin, just back from Mat Leave to help for the day, Izzy and Mama G, who was in the house, bringing that extra bit of enthusiasm for the Culinaria.

There is still cider available this week, stop on by!

Some of the interbatch variability!! Look at the amazing colours and textures!

Upcoming Live Events 〰️

In September

This event is SOLD out to join us live on location at Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria! BUT you can still join online! This is still going to be an interactive session - you will be able to chat and at the end speak with Dr. Josee and myself! (Sadly, you will just be unable to taste our recipe.)

Food as Medicine: Detox and Energy - ONLINE ATTENDANCE - Thursday September 17, 2026, 6:30 - 8:30, Dr. Josee Poulin and Rachelle Rocha
$25.00

What to Expect

This is a live interactive session with Dr. Josee Poulin, a family physician and functional medicine expert, specializing in midlife transitions, and Rachelle Rocha, our very own pharmacist and food as medicine enthusiast. The topic for the evening is detox and energy. We will be talking about all the ways that we are exposed to toxicity, how to prevent and minimize the impacts of these exposures.

This ticket is for the ONLINE event at Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria. At the end of the presentation, we will be doing a cooking demonstration and talking about how to use food as medicine.

The online audience will be muted and then opened for questions, and there will be a live chat open which to make the experience as informative as possible.
