Join us in sacred rhythm, where each heartbeat meets the drum. In this circle, we gather not to perform, but to remember—to listen, to feel, to express. Through the ancient language of drumming, we awaken connection: to ourselves, to one another, and to the pulse of something greater. No experience is needed—only the willingness to be present. We will drum, breathe, and be together in a space of safety, rhythm, and release. Bring your own drum if you have one—or come as you are. Instruments and hearts will be shared.

The fall women’s programming was so successful, that we are going to continue with interesting and fun sessions on Wednesday evenings, starting Jan 14, 2026 and wrapping up by the end of May. We plan to offer sessions with Cindy Woodbury, Ayla Frank, Charmaine Kennedy, Devarati, Kim Boyuk, Joelle Nault, Lynn Perrault and others. Stay tuned!
