Since then, she has been sharing her love for sound as healing and transformation with others in classes, workshops, and soundbaths. In this special event, Darlene will teach you about using sound and mantra in a variety of ways. You will learn some Sanskrit basics and experiment with using sound to change how you feel in your mind and body. Darlene's approach is always playful and experimental. There is never any pressure to sing for anyone, and no special skills are required. Just come, explore, and learn some fascinating things that may just create the change you've been looking for.
