Andrew Tricco - Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience - Breathwork

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is a specific type of breathwork session designed to help people access deep emotional, mental, physical, and sometimes spiritual insights and release. It’s part of the Elemental Rhythm breathwork modality, which uses conscious breathing, music, movement, and guided intention to bring participants into altered states of awareness and inner exploration.

What It Is

The session blends intentional breath patterns, music, guided facilitation, movement/activation, and meditation to support deep internal experiences. Accessible but powerful: You don’t need prior breathwork experience to participate, though some people find the intensity comparable to deep meditation or high-energy inner work.
