Andrew Tricco - Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience - Breathwork
The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is a specific type of breathwork session designed to help people access deep emotional, mental, physical, and sometimes spiritual insights and release. What It Is

Accessible but powerful: You don’t need prior breathwork experience to participate, though some people find the intensity comparable to deep meditation or high-energy inner work.
